I've been reading a lot about Stoicism (the Ancient Greek and Roman philosophy) lately and I find it to be a relatively simple and practical approach for life. I tried to find a way to summarize the concepts I've learned in a form that makes them easy to follow, remember and use. They are cobbled together from multiple sources on Stoicism, modern and ancient and convey the concepts I found most useful for my own practice. I shared it in a Stoic group on Facebook and it proved popular. So I wanted to share it here in case anyone might need it.
